I couldn’t cancel by texting the bot, help!

You may have set up a subscription from a different platform than the one you tried, for example if you tried to cancel over text, but subscribed over Twitter; or you may have donated with an email that’s different than the one that’s on your bot account. You can edit the email address on your account, and see if you have a monthly donation, with the account keyword. Please try other platforms you used the bot on. If none of them work, email us and our volunteers will get back to you as soon as they can, please be patient.
