Herschel must win for Republicans to retain their 50/50 power sharing agreement on senate committees...tied votes in committees can block liberal legislation and presidential nominees from advancing to the full Senate, requiring Dems to take time consuming procedural maneuvers to break the committee deadlock.
Herschel will stand up against the liberal agenda, Warnock will always stand with Biden and the liberal administration.
