Another potential government shutdown looms ahead of us. As someone who has been stressing about the current chaos from this admin. As someone who dreaded every email since DOGE started taking a chainsaw to our agencies. I fully support the shutdown that needs to happen to maintain ACA, Medicaid and other programs at risk. I really miss the illusion that we called checks and balances. Hopefully we can get them back and cement them beyond the honor system. Please keep pushing back where possible for now.
