HB 3061 Ban of Texas Masking sounds like a great idea. I don’t want criminals being harder to identify either as it may impede official investigations. But I must strongly oppose this bill because there is no exception made for people with health conditions. I wear a KN95 and the way this is worded, I would be open to harassment and intimidation solely because of my family members status as immune-compromised individuals. I respect other’s liberty, and I am not asking anyone else to change their behavior, so masking helps protect my health and the ones that I love. Please oppose HB 3061 for these reasons. Keywords
