Our public schools are the heart of our communities — yet you continue to underfund them while teachers struggle to survive, classrooms crumble, and special education programs are starved of the resources they need. This is not a partisan issue. It’s not left or right — it’s a Texan issue. Every parent, teacher, and student in this state wants the same thing: strong, well-funded public schools that prepare our kids to thrive. Instead, you’ve turned education into a battlefield while children fall behind and teachers burn out. Special education in Texas is in crisis. The state has already been caught illegally denying services to tens of thousands of students with disabilities — and still, federal and state leaders refuse to deliver full funding. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) promised support, but Texas continues to fall shamefully short. You’re not saving money — you’re robbing children of their right to learn. You somehow find millions for private school vouchers, political stunts at the border, and corporate handouts — but when it comes to the education of Texas kids, you suddenly plead poverty. That’s not leadership. That’s failure. We demand that you fully fund Texas public schools and special education programs now. Pay teachers what they’re worth. Provide every classroom with modern resources. Make sure every child, no matter their ZIP code or ability, has access to an excellent public education. Our kids are the future of Texas — not bargaining chips in your political games. Do the right thing. Fund our schools. Support our teachers. Stop failing Texas children.
