A healthcare worker and public health practitioner, I am horrified by the Trump administration’s decision to purge CDC websites. This is an untenable act of both censorship and theft that robs the public of life-saving scientific information that we have paid for with our tax dollars. The fascist Trump administration is conducting a high tech book burning. This must not continue. All information and datasets must be restored to the websites to be available to the public.
