With the federal government attempting to sunset the following regulations: the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918, the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act of 1934, the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act of 1965, the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the Magnuson–Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976,the Coastal Barrier Resources Act of 1982, ensure that New Jersey will enact similar legislation statewide to ensure we protect our environment!
