I urge you to support the autonomous region of Rojava in morthern Syria in the tumult after the fall of Assad. This experiment in egalitarian, multi-ethnic, and ecological democracy must be protected given Turkey's opposition to a Kurdish state. After our support of autocrats who suit our purposes in the Middle East, it would be nice to be on the right side here. I would appreciate a response from your office clarifying your position in this matter.
