As my elected representatives in Congress and the Senate, I am counting on you to use whatever power and authority you have to promote and pass the Dream Act or something similar to protect those who have DACA and to provide them a path towards permanent residency and eventually citizenship. I also implore you to vote against the most dangerous of Trump’s appointees, most especially those who have demonstrated authoritarian tendencies, disregard for the rule of law, overt bias, and/or general incompetence. Donald Trump will not be in office forever, but the negative changes he makes at the start of his term will reverberate for years to come. Do what you must to stop the damage.
