I am outraged and alarmed by the danger to our democracy and national security imminent with the attempt to hold early hearings on Tulsi Gabbard and ram through confirmation. I hope you took a lesson when the report on Matt Gaetz was made public. It's an outrage that such a person should ever have been a nominee for any federal role let alone AG. Your duty of advise and consent does not mean sycophantic deference to the man who had been twice impeached and wants to suspend the constitution and take over lands of our allies. Get a spine and do your job. NO irregular confirmation processes. No process with out all the checks and paperwork. No confirmation of persons in hock to our foes or buddy buddy with Vlad Putin. You must vote NO on Tulsi Gabbard and demand all documents: remember these appointments are not a criminal trial where a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. NO: they are a chance for a nominee to prove that they have the probity, reputation for integrity as well as actual integrity, good character, morals, relevant qualifications and experience to do the job. Tulsi Gabbard has been deemed a threat to our national security. Putin is already crowing because he knows Trump will do his bidding. Don't let the Putin takeover extend beyond Trump.
