Deny Trump’s pick of Tulsi Gabbard as director of national intellig
To: Rep. Maloy, Sen. Lee, Sen. Curtis

January 9
Tulsi Gabbard's nomination as director of national intelligence is deeply concerning and should be rejected. Her alignment with Russian disinformation campaigns, support for authoritarian leaders like Vladimir Putin and Bashar al-Assad, and trafficking in Kremlin-backed conspiracy theories make her an unsuitable and potentially dangerous choice for this critical position overseeing U.S. intelligence agencies. Someone with such disturbing ties to hostile foreign powers that undermine American interests cannot be entrusted with safeguarding our nation's secrets and security. Her nomination transcends partisan politics - it is a matter of protecting our national security from an individual who appears to be pushing the interests of adversaries over those of the United States. For the sake of our country's safety and global standing, this reckless nomination must not proceed.
