The President of the United States has said that he does not know if he should uphold the Constitution. The very thing he swore to uphold in January. The Oath of Office of the President requires the President to do two things. 1) Do the duties of president 2) Uphold and preserve the Constitution That's it. And he doesn't know if he can do that. Remove this incompetent from office.
