The act of banning abortion is to roll back the clock to a darker time in American history.
A time that predates women being allowed to have credit cards. A time when segregation was still practiced. A time when being gay was a crime.
It is unacceptable to undo social progress. For this and many other reasons I am writing a letter a day until we end forced birth by writing abortion access into law.
