Delay the Confirmation of a Supreme Court Justice

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said in 2016, prior to the Presidential Election, that the American People deserve to have their voice heard in the selection of an empty Supreme Court Vacancy. It's what's "fair to the nominee and is central to the process." What holds true in 2016's election does so more than ever for 2020. As a member of your constituency, I urge you to vocally and unequivocally vote to delay any confirmation of a Supreme Court Justice until after the 2020 Presidential Election, and condemn any attempt to do otherwise.
