Confirming a SCOTUS justice now is illegitimate

The process of confirming a SCOTUS justice following the death of Justice Ginsburg is illegitimate. I demand that you block, delay and threaten consequences by any means you have. And you DO have the means! 1) Coordinate to withhold unanimous consent as long as necessary. 2) Deny the GOP a quorum and force them to met the quorum requirement without any Dems. 3) Declare publicly that this process is illegitimate (don’t waste time complaining about hypocrisy). 4) Promise SCOTUS reforms if we win the election, including expanding the number of justices on the court. We are in a fight for our lives. The project of a right-wing takeover of the judiciary is nearly complete. There won’t be any democracy left if you do not act now.
