Allow Pre-canvassing so we can know results on election night

Please support legislation introduced by Kevin Boyle, solely focused on pre-canvassing, giving counties a 10-day window before Nov. 3. This would enable us to know results of election on election night. This enables county boards of elections across the entire state to begin processing mail-in ballots before Election Day, without counting or reporting them. It's common sense and it's safe.
