Allow Michigan to use CARES Act funds for our schools

Schools in our state - including my son's GRPS school - are facing major shortfalls due to lost revenue. I contact Gov. Whitmer and my state representatives asking for help from the state. They are urging me to contact you, my federal representatives. The CARES Act currently does not allow federal funding to be used for existing items in the budget affected by lost revenue - such as schools. Please grant Michigan and all states the flexibility required so that our kids and their future is not sacrificed during this difficult time.
