Emmett Till Anti Lynching Act

I'm writing in support of HR 35, the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Act. The horrific crime of lynching warrants, and should be eligible for, the additional tools and resources used to investigate and prosecute hate crimes. Senator Rand Paul’s actions to block this bill are unacceptable. I urge you to call on Senator Mitch McConnell to bring this bill to the floor, or otherwise call for action to swiftly pass this legislation.
