Do not bail out cruise lines

Cruise lines have been requesting a bail out, yet they fly foreign flags. Please only help those that actually hire Americans, and pay US taxes. End their abuse of foreign labor, gambling laws, and taxes before letting them have a thing. And if they sink? Maybe the whole World would be better without them.
