Clarification of executive order needed for Florida Massage Therapists

I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida licensed under the Florida Board of Health. Per your new executive order dated April 29th, 2020, non-essential medical and health services may re-open their businesses. There are thousands and thousands of massage therapists in the state of Florida wondering whether we can go back to work in phase one. Your executive order is not clear. We are a healthcare service , not a personal service. We are under the Board of Health. Please give us a clear answer. We are counting on your leadership.
