Shelter-in-place now

A shelter-in-place in ONE county is insufficient. If we shelter-in-place within the week, the WHOLE state, we can avoid a hospital overload for a few more months and lower the death rate. People die without sufficient medical care. We have whole counties without hospitals. This is not a sustainable situation without, at the very least, a shelter-in-place order. The blood will be on your hands if you do not act.
