An open letter to the U.S. Congress Black Lives Matter
6 so far! Let’s get to 10 signers! Iâm sure by now you are well-aware if the violence and harm being inflicted on thousands of Black Americans. As an elected representative, it is your duty to protect all constituents and ensure justice via our policies and their implementation. While Black Americans have never enjoyed this justice as others have, now is the time to work towards a more equitable nation. I trust that you will do all in your power to demonstrate to myself and other voters that you are committed to demonstrating that white supremacy has no place in our country. This is long overdue, and your constituents are holding your accountable to lead. I’m sure by now you are well-aware if the violence and harm being inflicted on thousands of Black Americans.
