Forced Sterilization is Genocide

I’m a constituent and I demand that Congress open investigations into the allegations of unnecessary hysterectomies performed on immigrant women detained by ICE. Forced sterilization without consent is genocide. Let me repeat that. GENOCIDE. I call on you to denounce it and put an immediate stop to it.
