An open letter to the U.S. House of Representatives Condemn Police Brutality
6 so far! Let’s get to 10 signers! I’m writing today to demand you support the House Resolution Condemning Police Brutality.
The House Resolution to Condemn Police Brutality is a necessary step this nation needs to take in order to combat and condemn police brutality, racial profiling, and excessive use of force. By adopting the reforms put forth in this resolution, we as a nation can take steps towards fixing the institutionalized racism that runs rampant in our police forces and begin healing together. It’s well past time to hold our police officers and departments accountable for the brutality they enact and the racism they embody.
Put a stop to the murder and the violence and hold those meant to uphold the law accountable for their actions. Take a concrete step towards this end and support the House Resolution Condemning Police Brutality.
