COVID19, Protections for Renters and Homeowners

Hello. Renters and homeowners face a massive crisis because of stay at home and social distancing measures imposed to protect the public from COVID19. We need rent, loan, and utility forgiveness now. To make sure people stay in their homes and don't feel pressure to go out and make money. Eviction moratoriums only serve to saddle the already vulnerable with debt. To keep people in their homes even after the crisis subsides. Eviction moratoriums only delay the inevitable. Property owners will suffer eventually. There will be mass vacancies, hugely reduced rents, and underwater loans all over our cities. Please. We need rent, loan, and utility forgiveness NOW to protect those affected by this crisis.
