6 so far! Let’s get to 10 signers! 1. An unemployment plus-up of $200 isn't going to cut it. With 20-million to 30-million workers unemployed for no fault of their own, it is on you, the federal government, to do more than just throw crumbs. If you thought the stock market crash of February/March was scary, wait to see what happens when people can't spend money, since they have none, and can't get a job to earn a living.
2. The eviction moratorium needs to be extended to everyone, not just those who have a federally insured mortgage. Otherwise, we very well could see +26-million homeless people. And no, the neoliberal solution of "let's give someone who's been evicted a lawyer" isn't going to cut it.
