If the ACA is slashed, stop health care for congress etc

Why are Trump, the DOJ and the senate GOP all seeking to slash access to healthcare and strike down the ACA during a pandemic? It's malicious and corrupt to endanger our access to healthcare, especially during a pandemic. Perhaps the healthcare benefits of your colleagues in congress, the DOJ and on scotus are so secure that they are unable to imagine the situation of their constituents? I am asking you to incorporate a provision in the next appropriations bill that ties the health insurance benefits of congress, the DOJ and scotus to the provision afforded by the ACA to ordinary citizens. Please: Write in a clause that will come into effect if the ACA or its provisions for preexisting conditions are struck down. If that happens, the health benefits for congress, scotus, and the DOJ must be diminished in exactly the same way.
