An open letter to the U.S. Senate

Supreme Court Nominee and Confirmation

8 so far! Let’s get to 10 signers!

Please do not allow the Senate to confirm a Supreme Court nominee before the election is held and inauguration takes place. In 2016, Mitch McConnell said, “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court justice. This vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.” If that statement and principle was valid then, it should be valid now. Vote no on any confirmation proceedings.
