Overdue for a detailed plan to reopen the economy

A month into lockdowns, we have not yet heard a detailed plan for how we will incrementally reopen the economy. We need to hear specifics on what metrics we are monitoring and what will be reopened upon reaching certain targets. Gov. Newsom's “six critical indicators” are in the right direction, but not nearly enough. A better plan would be along the lines of the report “National coronavirus response: A road map to reopening”, written by Scott Gottlieb and published by AEI. I urge you to adopt a plan like this and announce it!
