An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Hold DeJoy accountable to the court order to deliver ballots!

639 so far! Let’s get to 1,000 signers!

Louis DeJoy has failed to follow a court order and has interfered with the conduct of a federal election . Earlier today, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan issued a court order that the US Postal Service had to to conduct a sweep of some of its facilities in key battleground states for remaining mail-in ballots and to rush delivery. As of this afternoon, the USPS, under the leadership of Louis DeJoy, failed to obey that court order. There are as many as 300,000 mail-in ballots that were left to languish in postal facilities instead of being delivered on time. Congress needs to take urgent action against Louis DeJoy and anyone else at the US Postal Service who had a hand in disobeying this court order. As my elected representative, I am asking you to take any and all available actions to make sure that ALL the votes are counted, including those still sitting at the post office.
