Please support SB-668. Prop 19 happened too quickly. Voters did not fully understand the impact of loss of the family home for some, while another group of people are able to transfer their low tax basis. The cost of rents will go up as families lose low tax bases. There was simply not enough time. Families were unable to plan for the impacts due to the pandemic.
