Censure Louis Gohmert

I'm appalled by Rep Gohmert's preposterous lawsuit which seeks to get VP Pence to overturn the electoral college votes. I write to ask you to speak out against the false narrative that Trump's lawsuits, Texas AG Paxton's suit, and now, Gohmert's, are propagating. Gohmert's lawsuit goes against the constitution and seems to me close to sedition. Since Gohmert swore the same oath to the constitution that all members of congress do, I ask you to censure him, refer him for an ethics investigation, have him removed from committees, and demand a public apology. Failure to act will make you complicit.
