An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Stop arresting peaceful protestors

14 so far! Let’s get to 25 signers!

People in other the parts of the country are experiencing no consequences after trying to stop all the votes from being counted. They're literally trying to obstruct the democratic progress but no police are showing up to stop them. Meanwhile in Minneapolis, peaceful protestors marching to make sure every vote gets counted have been surrounded by police in riot gear and are being mass arrested. They're trying to support the democratic process and are being punished for it. They're marching to remind us that no matter who wins, there's still a lot of progress to made for liberty and justice for all. This is wrong, and needs to stop. It feels like Minnesota is a police state. Is that what you want for your constituents?
