TODD ROKITA NEEDS TO STOP SUPPORTING BASELESS CLAIMS RE: The Election

Attorney General Elect, Todd Rokita has thrown his support behind the ill-conceived Texas lawsuit designed to curry favor with the current President and overturn our free and fair election of Joe Biden. This baseless lawsuit is a waste of time and taxpayer money. Are newly-elected AG shows no more sense than the outgoing AG. There are serious issues facing Hoosiers: COVID, rising unemployment, and food insecurity to name a few. Meanwhile our elected officials spend their time defying their oaths of office by pursuing these meaningless lawsuits. We demand that the incoming AG stop these attempts to overturn legitimate election results. President Elect Joe Biden was elected in a free and fair election by a 7 million vote popular vote margin and a vast majority of the electoral votes. We ask that all our current and incoming elected officials stop pandering to our outgoing President and acknowledge the incoming administration so we can begin to work towards positive change for all Hoosiers.
