An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Investigate Migrant Children Endangerment at Weslaco Station.

453 so far! Let’s get to 500 signers!

I’m very concerned about Associated Press reports about the Weslaco station in South Texas. Border Patrol agents there have children trapped in a station with limited social distancing, soap, or sanitizer during a pandemic. The Weslaco station is where 16-year-old Carlos Hernandez Vasquez died of the flu after being left unattended in a cell for hours. We could see more children die as a result of these conditions. This is avoidable and unconscionable. I demand that you join Congressmembers in their call to investigate.
