Repeal HR.665 & S.173

Please support the efforts of Representative Raul Grijalva and Senator Bernie Sanders, to stop the Trump Administration's efforts to rush through the Environmental Impact Report and save Oak Flat from copper mining. The effort to repeal the Southeastern Arizona Land Exchange and Conservation Act, Section 3003 of the 2015 National Defense Authorization Act, HR.665 and S.173 is necessary to achieve this end. Congress must use their powers to intervene and return the full rights and religious protections to the Apache of Oak Flat and to prevent environmental damage to the greater Phoenix area.
