An open letter to State Senates (GA only)

Vote NO to SB241!

31 so far! Let’s get to 50 signers!

- I am an Independent voter, and your constituent, and I am contacting you to ask you to vote no on SB 241 and oppose any other attempts to roll back voting rights in Georgia. - This is likely to be my #1 determinant in who I will vote for in the next election. - A "No" vote on this issue from a Republican State Senator may garner votes from Democratic and Independent voters in the next primary election. - SB 241 would add MILLIONS in unfunded costs to county governments. - SB 241 is a disastrous bill that amounts to one of the most restrictive voting proposals in the country. - The attacks on vote by mail in Georgia are a direct attack on the voting rights of Georgians of color. State legislators should celebrate high turnout and not seek to suppress it.
