No confirmation!

I urge you to delay any Supreme Court nomination until after the winner of the ongoing presidential election is inaugurated.  14 million+ Americans have already voted. Americans deserve a say in who will receive a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court. That’s why there must be NO vote on any Supreme Court confirmation until after the inauguration. I also urge you to use any tactics you can invent to delay the vote both in the Judiciary Committee and in the Senate. Deny a quorum. Call for amendments. Get the House to introduce legislation that will interrupt confirmation (including impeachment if necessary!) Deny unanimous consent. FIGHT!
