Unacceptable court ruling in sexual assault case

Justice Paul Thissen recently made a disgusting and misogynistic call that Francios Momolu Khalil cannot be found guilty of sexual assault because the victim was drunk. Justice Paul Thissen believes that a woman deserves to get raped because she drank alcohol. This man is perpetuating rape culture and I am so angry. How can something like this be happening in 2021? If the woman was murdered would the perpetrator get off just because she was drunk when she was murdered? This is reprehensible and Justice Paul Thissen should not continue to hold his position.
