End the filibuster/pass HR8/S1

One of the reasons that I voted for you in 2018 is your continued strong stance on gun control legislation. We have now had two mass shootings in one week, which I guess means the pandemic is over? Anyway, the House just passed HR8, the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2021. It could pass the Senate, except for the filibuster. I am asking you to take a good, hard look at the filibuster and see that it serves no purpose. It is a relic of the Jim Crow era. With no filibuster this country could get serious about strong gun control laws and strengthening voter protection. Please eliminate the filibuster and pass these bills.
