Save small distilleries from FDA fees

106 so far! Let’s get to 250 signers!

Small distilleries that stepped up to produce hand sanitizer during the national shortage are now being slapped with a whopping $14k fee from the FDA, due in February. This this unacceptable! Please make sure this fee is waived ASAP. They did the right thing. Don’t penalize small businesses that are already struggling, it’s unconscionable.
