We need to end the migrant facilities

We need to talk about the migrant facility, including the new one for children. Let’s call it what it is. Children in cages. No matter how you upset it, it’s is still a stain to our nation. I am disgusted and heartbreakingly not surprised that I have to speak up about this. I can 100%, at MINIMUM,understand creating safe housing as transitional process of reuniting families, getting the social workers they need for help, and dissolving the existing camps. It’s not an overnight change. But that’s not what’s happening and you know it. Families need to be reunited, receive all the support they need to succeed, and dissolve these horrible “migrant facilities” entirely.
