An open letter to the U.S. Senate

No Supreme Court Nomination until January 21st

9 so far! Let’s get to 10 signers!

Don’t defy Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s dying wish. In 2016, Antonin Scalia’s replacement was not appointed, or even voted on, until after the election. This was allegedly “because it’s too close to an election”. Here we are, actually in an election — ballots have already been cast. If it was too close to an election then, it’s inarguably too close to an election now. No nomination. No hearings. No votes. Not until January 21st. If you have any shred of integrity, you will fight for this loudly, in public, and not tolerate anything less. History has its eyes on you. America has its eyes on you. The world has its eyes on you. Don’t fail them.
