Allow all Texans to Vote by Mail

It's not too late -- PLEASE initiate a plan in TEXAS to allow all Texans to vote. Vote by mail is NOT proven to be open to widespread fraud, and Republican states that allow all to vote by mail are still Republican. SO - Please ensure the safety of Texans: poll workers and voters both. Sign a resolution to enable vote-by-mail regardless of reason.
