Unemployment Penalty/Forfeit Days Exemption

Unemployment benefit penalty/forfeit days need to be waived IMMEDIATELY. There are thousands of New Yorkers who are not "entitled" to any benefits because of an oversight, or inaccurate claim on their last round of unemployment. These restrictions on UI disbursement are unfair and harming many New Yorkers without due cause in an economy halted by the local government. Please change the rules so that every unemployed New Yorker, due to COVID-19 will AT LEAST receive the $600 additional insurance each week.
