An open letter to the U.S. Congress Justice in Policing Bill

I am your constituent and I am reaching out to you today to express my urgent concerns regarding the ongoing police brutality and violence in our country. We must take action now to prevent any future senseless killing of innocent black lives. I am calling on you directly to support the recently introduced Justice in Policing Bill. As Iâm sure you are aware, this bill will work to reduce police brutality without completely defunding the police. This is a change that I believe our country desperately needs to see. Thank you for your services and I hope to continue to see you standing up for the forgotten lives in this country.
