No tests, no hearing!

We are in the middle of a pandemic that is not yet under control. Over 200,000 Americans are dead and many people in and around the White House, including some on the Judiciary Committee, have been infected. This is a deadly, highly infectious virus. It is absolutely INSANE not to test all members of Congress before any hearing. Many of our members of Congress are older and in high risk groups. Not testing would be the height of ineptitude. Please, I'm begging you, Congress MUST test all members for COVID before the hearing and if any members test positive, they must not attend (or they can attend virtually). The rest of the world has been carrying on business virtually, why is this an issue for Congress? You can either test and hold meetings in person, or not test and hold them all virtually. But to proceed in person without testing is absurd. Those who are calling for no testing, to those of us watching, look like they purposely want to infect the others. As your constituent, I'm begging you to demonstrate that you are not in that group. Please, call for immediate, congress-wide testing before any/all hearings. No tests, no hearing!
