An open letter to State Legislatures

Director of Public Health legislation

332 so far! Let’s get to 500 signers!

Congress should not be micromanaging public health emergency measures. Leave public health to the professionals. Public health emergencies should be treated like other emergencies. Fire chiefs and chiefs of police don't have to ask city council to block roads after hazardous spills or to put out fires, and the Director of Public Health should make decisions independent of politics. Nothing is more pro-life than public health.
