Urgent Constituent Concern

I would like to ask for you to support and introduce legislation to: -Ban all police officers from using chokeholds or strangle holds -Require police officers who witness another officer using excessive force to intervene -Ban police shooting at moving vehicles -Require police officers to be trained in the use of and required to use de-escalation tactics and non-lethal tactics -Ban in-state rehiring of police officers fired for use of force -Ban contracts between any city and its police union from including language affecting investigation and discipline resulting from police misconduct And to support legislation that helps end the use of unconstitutional no-knock warrants and property seizure.
