The platform, if implemented, would make the wealthy more wealthy and powerful, at the cost of everyone else. Some of the wealthy and powerful are actually the Heritage Foundation itself, and their benefactors, but others stand to benefit from government dismantling or a more hands-off approach to regulating business and the economy. This will also greatly impact Black communities who already experience significant struggles because of the harms of historic racism.
